Job Duties
  • Calling Leads (Incoming and Outgoing Calls)
    • CB will call leads provided by LO. CB will have a basic understanding of mortgage related terms. They will set up appointments with the lead and the LO. Leads will include: 
      • Sphere of Influence
      • Purchased Leads (make sure there is a software to make sure all the leads are no longer in the National DNC)
        • Typically, these are leads that already showed interest or did activities that require Mortgage assistance
        • Internet Leads: LendingTree, Zillow, Bold Leads, Realtor.com
      • Leads from Real Estate Agent
    • They should be able to dial 20 per hour without a dialer and dial 50 per hour with a dialer
    • Updating CRM
      • CB will update CRM with the information pertaining to the lead call
      • This should take under 1 min per lead
  • Creating New Leads through
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
      • CB will be responsible for all set up and management of each lead in the CRM. To Include: 
        • Setting up leads from scratch
        • Making sure client information is complete, correct, and up to date
        • Maintaining status
        • Ensure proper tagging
      • CB to follow up with leads in the CRM per their scheduled task. 
      • This will be a daily task 
    • Event Planning
      • CB to organize events by calling, sms and email attendees, schedule and plan out any lead generating events then make sure they are plotted in the calendars.
        • Also confirm the client’s attendance.
      • Sending invites and fliers (Important for the client to already have fliers, brochures and other design templates)
      • Events typically happen a couple times a year.
    • Social Media Management
      • Post materials provided by the client on social media sites on behalf of the client.
      • Monitor social media sites for potential loans from friends or family having life events (marriage, new baby, retiring, etc)
    • Assist in daily admin tasks
      • Tasks include, but are not limited to: 
        • taking messages 
        • relaying information, 
        • managing email (up to 100 emails a day), 
        • Ad hoc tasks per the request of the LO.
