While using our Service, we have an online form that you may click on to schedule a free business evaluation which will be stored on our online database. This form is filled out when pushing a button on the website to hire a Cyberbacker or to schedule a free business evaluation call. The information is used so one of our business representatives may contact or identify you and create an appointment to determine what service package you need based on your circumstances. You also may be asked to enter this data when asked by an online community manager through social media. 

We may contact you through a phone call or email with the information you provided to us. We may also collect additional identifiable information during the meeting either or through email exchange. However, information received through email, over the phone or through video conference is stored on a separate server. More confidential information related to your circumstances and needs that we retrieve through a business evaluation is not stored on our website server and is instead stored on a separate server. We encourage you to only discuss with us additional confidential information outside of what our online form asks for either through email, phone call or video conference.

We also use the data from our website to measure ad campaign effectiveness and to target ads. We promote our website through online advertising and you may be directed to our form through organic searches, facebook pixel, facebook lead ads and google ads and through our social media platforms.

If you fill out online form on our website, you agree to and give us permission for one of our business representatives to use your information to contact you for a business evaluation to help us determine what services you need from service packages we offer. You also agree that the information may be sent to an affiliate, subsidiary, licensee or contractor we have agreements with to fulfill your online inquiry.

With your permission, our website utilizes Facebook Pixel from Facebook Inc. 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto. CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). Facebook Pixel helps us follow users actions when they are redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. Using this data also allows us to improve our advertising for users and retarget you with further advertising on Facebook and custom audiences. Some data can also be deleted through a request to unsubscribe to all marketing emails and notifications they receive from the Cyberbacker marketing and operations team.

Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The date entered from an online form is stored on the website and later processed, recorded and stored on a separate secured and password-protected server. 

Other information collected outside of the online form, such as through email, video conferences and phone calls, during consultations are stored on a separate protected server. None of this information is stored on our website. The data stored and protected on the website are only accessible to authorized designated persons who are under non-disclosure agreements. Only certain authorized individuals are also only allowed access to the information in either read only, editor or commentator format. History of the last access to the data is also accessible and strictly checked.

Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared and to comply with this policy.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

Our website on does not have a feature to comply with do not track requests from browsers. It collects log data (From our web host), and device and browser data (Google analytics). We collect contact information from filling out our online forms.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
