We offer a certain amount of time that your cyberbacker will work on your account. Our part-time agreement comes with up to 20-hour workweek, while our full-time agreement comes with up to 40-hour workweek.

Our cyberbackers are required to send daily end reports. This is to make sure that you get to see everything that they have accomplished during their shift. Aside from that, you will have a support team that will help monitor your cyberbacker’s tasks and attendance. We also conduct performance reviews monthly to ensure quality service all throughout the partnership.
