Is my Cyberbacker trained before they start?
Yes. Training runs in three parts: a multi-phase pre-hire curriculum covering systems, communication tools and business operations; then customised training on your specific systems, workflows and tools before day one; then continuing development from a library of more than 300 advanced modules.
What happens on the first call?
It is a 30-minute consultation. We learn about your goals, challenges and where your time is going, explore the right Cyberbacker support for you, and walk you through the next steps. There is no form to complete before booking.
