Event Coordinator (Administrative)

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inquiries that come in thru (voicemails or text), email, social media, website texts and website generated emails.
  • Scheduling outside vendors, independent contractors, staff for events, staff for setup/teardown and other items as needed.
  • Creating event expense budgets, managing event expense budgets and recording expenses pertaining to each event. 
  • Create Event production plans on event excel document, managing all aspects of event including staff, vendors, product links and expenses
  • Create company marketing materials using Canva
  • Creating and editing materials in Canva for use in events and proposals
  • Schedule deliveries for rental reservations/create rental & event lists for delivery driver
  • Manage the calendar to make sure all rentals and events are accounted for
