CRM and Lead Management (Trade)

CRM and Lead Management Responsibilities:

  • Add leads and contacts in the database (data entry)
  • Respond to NEW leads in a timely manner
  • Help generate leads from various sources by creating marketing ads and campaign
  • Validate contact info through skiptracing and follow-up calls
  • Research on lead’s personal information such as date of birth, phone numbers, email address, social media accounts, etc.
  • Responsible for email marketing and campaigns
  • Responsible for social media integration with CRM
  • Responsible for integrating dialer with CRM
  • Responsible for integrating lead generating websites with CRM
  • Maintains contact database system and back-office support
  • Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making suggestions as needed
  • Responsible for building trackers and dashboards through Google sheets
  • Monitoring and obtaining potential referrals through the use of Facebook groups
  • Create holiday greeting cards
  • Prepare newsletters
  • Take down important messages from clients, leads, or general inquiries
