Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule Meetings (i.e.Calendar Management and daily to-do list)
- Email management
- Schedule Work Orders
- Data entry
- Document Management
- Sending addendums
- Follow up documents to make sure they’re signed
- Upload documents to correct file location
- Follow Up with Vendors
- Back Office support
- Answer call and be the first point of contact in handling inquiries
- Interact with staff, associates, and vendors through phone, sms or email
- Assisting new employees/contractors for onboarding and offboarding
- Gather contact information in client’s behalf
- HR coordination between staff and benefits group.
