Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with Calendar Management and daily to-do list
- Email management
- Data entry and research personal information such as date of birth, phone number, email address, social media accounts, etc. (data mining)
- Build, implement, and manage systems; handle back office support
- Responsible for several financial systems, including paying the bills & vendors
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Keep team informed regarding any issues that needs to be handled
- Management of all office needs including equipment, supplies, and service contracts
- Phone Support:
- CSR / Answer call overflow
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
- Call to follow up on services
- Set appointments for certain services needed
- Set travel arrangements for staff/clients as needed
