Responsibilities:
- File documents digitally (e.g. contracts, reports, etc)
- Set travel arrangements for staff as needed
- Provide support for staff as requested by team members
- Coordinate monthly team meetings
- Distribution of incoming mail through various services
- Management of all office needs including equipment, supplies, and service
- Reconcile all company accounts
- Reconcile inventory weekly and account for any discrepancies
- Set up new hires in accounting software
