Data Privacy Consent

I grant my free, voluntary, and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of all my personal data, sensitive personal information, and account or transaction information or records (collectively, the “Information”) relating to me and disclosed/transmitted by me in person, or through my authorized representative/s, to the information database system of Cyberbacker Inc., its affiliates, and/or any of its authorized agents or representatives as the personal information controller, by whatever means in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” of the Republic of the Philippines, including its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) as well as all other guidelines and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). 

Furthermore, I freely, voluntarily, and unconditionally consent on the general use and sharing of Information obtained from me in the course of my application process and/or reapplication process, between me and Cyberbacker Inc., its affiliates and/or any of its authorized agents or representatives. I acknowledge and agree that any member of Cyberbacker Inc. and its representatives may share these data between them and such data may constitute my personal or sensitive personal information (which includes without limitation, my name, address, gender, age, contact details, birthday, education, employment information, behavior, and other information classified as “personal data,” “personal information,” or “sensitive personal information” under the Data Privacy Act of 2012).

I understand, further, that Cyberbacker Inc. shall keep the personal data and Information and the business and/or transaction/s that I do with Cyberbacker in strict confidence.

As a Data Subject, I understand that the collection and processing of my Information by Cyberbacker Inc. is necessary, for a legitimate purpose, and will be used for my application and/or reapplication should I not make it in any of my application attempts; whether in my own initiative or through Cyberbacker Inc.’s initiatives.

I fully understand that this authorization/consent shall continue to be in effect throughout the duration of my application process and/or reapplication process. I further authorize Cyberbacker Inc. to store my Information in their information database system, even after my application and/or reapplication, for future use; provided that it is only for similar purpose/s. Unless I expressly notify them of the withdrawal of my personal and sensitive information in their information database system, Cyberbacker Inc. may store them within the limits provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
