Firsts are special. They represent new beginnings. Life is full of it. And human as we are, we have a tendency to recall them. When you start something, it’s like everything in your small world changes in a short second, and you know it’s a moment you will never forget.
Cyberbacker celebrates a new chapter as it chooses its first Cyberbacker Ambassador. While you have had many firsts throughout your life, they are all limited to a single experience. And for Ezekiel F. this is something he was looking forward to. Considering that the event supports not just the values of the company but of each Cyberbacker as well.
Recognizing the Choice
“I honestly never thought of joining in the first place, because I know that being a Headbacker is enough to support the company’s goal. But with my team’s encouragement, I eventually realized that I could do more and be more for the company.“
Indeed, the most difficult thing in life is to do something you’ve never done before. It certainly entails risk, change, taking a chance, making a decision without knowing the outcome, and other things that most people avoid. But because Cyberbacker is all about support, eventually Ezekiel was able to get through the initial stage of any course: identifying the decision. And that got him to the finish line.
Getting Through the Process
“I always contemplate on my decisions. As I prepare, I set a goal and know my “Why” for joining this competition. I make sure that I have the right mindset and purpose so as to lead me to the right path in achieving my goal.”
It’s always best to contemplate your objectives in everything you do. Being a Cyberbacker is realizing and balancing priorities. Another good thing about being in the company is the never-ending support of the team. Ezekiel expresses his gratitude towards Cyberbacker by wanting to give back to this family. He believes that being an Ambassador will give him opportunities to show and support the company’s Mission, and we couldn’t agree more!
Taking Action
Being Ambassador is not just about the title because Cyberbacker will always be about its people. As Ezekiel shares the same ideals with the company, he was able to extend assistance to the community through his chosen charity, the Kamanggawa Foundation Inc.. A non-profit organization that launches different programs to support people in need. The foundation is a committed partner of UNITV in its conduct of numerous public service works like Free Medical/ Dental Services, Free Education, Free Residential Care like Transient Homes and Orphanages, and many more.
Winning is achieving, and the sense of fulfillment is something else when shared with the people you care about. And with that said, helping others succeed can be our greatest success.

For Ezekiel success isn’t achieved on your own. You will always need people to look out for you, may it be a friend, your team, or your family.
