Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with Calendar Management and daily to-do list
  • Email management
  • Data entry and research personal information such as date of birth, phone number, email address, social media accounts, etc. (data mining)
  • Build, implement, and manage systems; handle back office support
  • Responsible for several financial systems, including paying the bills & vendors
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Keep team informed regarding any issues that needs to be handled
  • Management of all office needs including equipment, supplies, and service contracts
  • Phone Support:
    • CSR / Answer call overflow
    • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
    • Call to follow up on services
    • Set appointments for certain services needed
    • Set travel arrangements for staff/clients as needed
