CRM and Lead Management Responsibilities:
- Add leads and contacts in the database (data entry)
- Respond to NEW leads in a timely manner
- Help generate leads from various sources by creating marketing ads and campaign
- Validate contact info through skiptracing and follow-up calls
- Research on lead’s personal information such as date of birth, phone numbers, email address, social media accounts, etc.
- Responsible for email marketing and campaigns
- Responsible for social media integration with CRM
- Responsible for integrating dialer with CRM
- Responsible for integrating lead generating websites with CRM
- Maintains contact database system and back-office support
- Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making suggestions as needed
- Responsible for building trackers and dashboards through Google sheets
- Monitoring and obtaining potential referrals through the use of Facebook groups
- Create holiday greeting cards
- Prepare newsletters
- Take down important messages from clients, leads, or general inquiries
