General Admin Support

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents 
  • Update the excel documents and Google calendar daily or as needed for scheduling
  • Sending retainers agreement/s to clients
  • Sending addendums
  • Follow up documents to make sure they’re signed
  • Following up with past clients by sending them emails and reaching out to them via LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Business travel booking, personal or for the team. 
  • Fill out a credit card authorization card for booking car rentals and flights (only if needed) 
  • Ship audio visual equipment
  • Create agreements and sending it to clients
  • Follow up with employees to make sure that they put the right categories and notes in data sheets or staff-tracking tool/software  (connect with them via call, text and/or email)
  • Create portfolio marketing for the company
  • Sending the retainers agreement out to clients when there’s a trial
