Our Growthbackers will be asking you a few questions so we can determine your exact needs and create the perfect Job Description for you. This is the most important step in evaluating the kind of Cyberbacker to maximize the full potential of your future partner.
Pairing
One of our Careerbackers will get in touch with you so you can begin choosing from a pool of people more than qualified for the Job Description you’ve set. You will get to choose the perfect Cyberbacker for you!
Step 2
Training
Once you’ve found your partner, they’ll be led by one of our Headbackers to make sure your Cyberbackers are capable of doing the job you hired them for. If for any reason things don’t work out, we can make sure you’re matched with someone else to ensure you receive the best service possible.
